Our Appeals Process: Ensuring Fairness

At Canary Organisation, we understand the importance of addressing concerns and resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner. To facilitate this, we have implemented a clear and concise appeals process that allows you to appeal your breach notice and enforcement action.

Our Appeals Process:

  1. Submission: When you receive a breach notice, you have the opportunity to submit an appeal within 28 days. The appeal should outline the grounds for your disagreement and provide all relevant supporting documentation.

    • For appealing on the grounds of having a valid mobility parking permit issued by CCS or Sommerville, you must include a photograph of this permit with your appeal.

  2. Review: Our dedicated team will carefully review your appeal, ensuring a thorough examination of the grounds presented. We will assess the validity and merits of your appeal based on the provided information. We aim to complete this review within 2 working days of your submission, although in some circumstances this may take longer.

  3. Valid Appeal: If your appeal is deemed valid, it will be waived, and the enforcement action will be discontinued.

  4. Non-Valid Appeal: In the event that your appeal is not deemed valid, the enforcement action will continue. We will provide you with a clear and detailed explanation regarding the decision, helping you understand the rationale behind our determination.

Our appeals process is designed to safeguard fairness and transparency. We are committed to carefully considering each appeal submitted and making informed decisions based on the provided grounds. While we strive for resolution, it is important to note that the decision reached at the end of the appeals process will be final.

At Canary Organisation, we value your feedback and are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have. Our appeals process is an integral part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that disputes are handled in a fair and equitable manner.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance with the appeals process, our team is here to help, if you are unable to utilise the appeals form due to accessibility issues, please reach out to us via a phone call or email.
